Selling Prices
Prices are as listed on each individual product page (inclusive of consumption tax).

Payment Methods
Credit Card Payment:
Payment is finalized at the time of order placement. Shipping procedures will commence once card authorization is complete.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Please pay the product price upon delivery of the item.
A Cash on Delivery handling fee applies.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders within two business days after confirming receipt of payment.
However, shipments may be delayed if items are out of stock or during peak business periods.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns/Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items:
If an error occurs due to our oversight—such as receiving the wrong product or an item in the incorrect size—we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please contact us via our inquiry form. We will repair or exchange the item free of charge.

In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs.

Returns/Exchanges Due to Customer Preference:
"If the product is free of defects but you wish to return it, we will accept returns only within 7 days of the product's arrival.
In this case, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer."
However, we cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:
If the product has been used.
If the kitchen knife has undergone name engraving/personalization.
If the product has sustained scratches or damage while in the customer's possession.
If the original product label/tag provided at the time of delivery has been lost.
