Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)

In consideration of the paid portion of the Service, the User shall pay the usage fee separately determined by the Company and displayed on this website in the manner designated by the Company. If the User delays payment of the usage fee, the User shall pay late damages at the rate of 14.6% per annum.

Article 5 (Prohibited matters)

Article 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Disclaimers)

We make no express or implied guarantee that the Service is free from actual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors, bugs, or infringement of rights). We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User arising from the Service. However, if the agreement between us and the User regarding the Service (including these Terms) constitutes a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer shall not apply. Notwithstanding the proviso set forth in the preceding paragraph, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User due to our default on contract or tort due to our negligence (excluding gross negligence) that arise from special circumstances (including cases where we or the User foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of the damage). Furthermore, compensation for damages incurred by the User due to our default on contract or tort due to our negligence (excluding gross negligence) shall be limited to the amount of the service fee received from the User in the month in which the damage occurred. The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between a User and other Users or third parties regarding the Service.

Article 10 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)

The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notifying the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result thereof.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Use)

If the Company deems it necessary, the Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying the User. If the User starts using the Service after the changes to these Terms have been made, the User will be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)

We will handle personal information obtained through the use of this service appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."

Article 13 (Notification or Contact)

Any notice or communication between the user and our company will be made in the manner specified by our company. Unless the user notifies us of a change in accordance with a method separately specified by our company, our company will consider the currently registered contact information to be valid and will notify or contact the user at that contact information, and such notice or communication will be deemed to have reached the user at the time of sending.
