Payment will be confirmed when you place your order. Once your card has been verified, we will begin shipping.

Cash on delivery:

Please pay the delivery fee in cash to the delivery person when the product arrives. (Cash on delivery is not available for orders including personalization.)

Nationwide flat rate: 900 yen

Orders over 30,000 yen: Free shipping

Orders placed before 9am will be shipped on the same business day

Orders placed after 9am: Shipped the next business day

Orders with personalization: Ships in 5-7 business days

Returns and exchanges of defective products

If you received a different product or the wrong size due to our negligence, or if you wish to return or exchange an item due to damage during delivery, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the inquiry form.

Returns and exchanges at customer convenience

Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. We cannot accept returns if the expiration date has passed or if the product has been used. Thank you for your understanding.
